Are you Ready To Live On The Hedge?
We are a hedgehog breeder in Louisiana, and we love spending time with our spiky friends! Hedgehogs make great pets, especially for those of us who want something really cool that is easy to take care of. They aren’t the typical cuddly pet that’s for sure. But they are definitely an animal that will have you wrapped around their pokey little hearts very quickly.
When we have hedgehogs available for adoption, we will announce them a day or two after they are born. At that time we will open up the adoption process which starts by you paying a deposit for your baby. Once the babies reach about six weeks of age and are eating and drinking well on their own, you will then be able to pay your balance and make arrangements to pickup your hedgehog. Deposits are taken on a first come first served basis. We will not be able to hold a hedgie for you without a deposit. For more information be sure to see our sales policy page.
GOOD NEWS!
We have a new prickle! In case you are wondering what that means… That is the word used for a litter of baby hedgehogs or hoglets. We aren’t exactly sure how many we have at this time, because it is unwise to disturb the nest for a week or two. Hedgehogs will be $150, and we will begin taking deposits on April 4th. We cannot hold your hedgehog without a deposit.
