ANIMAL SALES POLICY
If you are planning to purchase a rabbit from us, please read through our animal sales policy.
HEALTH AND GENDER
When a rabbit leaves our barn, we guarantee that it is in good health. It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect the rabbit before taking possession. This includes health and gender. We will never sell a rabbit that has or has had any sort of health issues. Be sure to inspect teeth, nails, nostrils, ears, and booties. Once the rabbit leaves our possession we will not be responsible for any health issues that arise.
PAYMENT
Price of rabbits may vary. We will not hold an animal for any amount of time without a deposit. We require a fifty percent non refundable deposit to be paid by the buyer in order to claim the rabbit. The balance can then be paid at the time of possession. If transport is being used, the entire balance is due before transport. If you are planning to pickup your rabbit at one of the shows we are attending, we will be happy to transport for you.
TRANSPORT
We are happy to work with transports. Scheduling a transport is the buyers responsibility. We can meet transport in Natchitoches, La or Coushatta, La. which both have an exit ramp located on Interstate 49. We will not be responsible for anything including health, gender, or delivery once the rabbit leaves our possession.
RIGHT TO REFUSE
We reserve the right to refuse a sale to anyone at any time for any reason.
RIGHT OF FIRST REFUSAL
All animal sales include a right of first refusal. This means that if you ever decide to rehome or sell the rabbit you purchased from us, you must offer it back to us before selling or rehoming with anyone else.
AGREEMENT
Your purchase of an animal from us means that you agree to the policies listed here in this animal sales policy.
